Return Policy for Cutting Boards and interior design items
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with your cutting board, I’m here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the cutting board must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized cutting boards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
For damaged or defective items, please contact me immediately with photos of the issue, and I will cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
