Kintsugi

Within traditional Japanese craftsmanship, there is a century-old technique known as “kintsugi” which involves repairing broken or damaged items with gold or silver.

Wood that might otherwise have been deemed unfit for furniture production undergo the kintsugi-technique transforming it into beautiful one-of-a-kind items.
